We are proposing a constituency of Individual DN holders. This constituency
should be hospitable to small businesses that are largely owned by individuals.

There is no known effort underway to create a SBDNH constituency (small
business DN holders), but this could of course change.
The DNSO needs to be ready and open for it.

Somehow I don't have the feeling that small businesses can capture the
Business Constituency. How could they match the funding?

Funding is also going to be a key need to keep an effective IDNH or IDNO
constituency alive.
As a minimum an arrangement for travel funding, like currently in place for
the NCDNHC, should be mediated by ICANN with the Markle Foundation (which
professes to be especially devoted to promoting democracy in Internet
Governance matters).
