So, how many different polls, polling stations, and, polling
administrators, are there? This gets confusinger, and confusinger.

I understood that the one named Joop, was the appointed polling
administrator, and, that the polls, and, polling stations, were
restricted to his site.

From the above message , the proposal appears to be that anyone who so
wants, conducts whatever poll they want, under whatever conditions they
want, and, then, reports whatever results they want.

This seems weirder, and, weirder.

Also, for the sake of this simpleton, what is GA, that seems to be
floating around? Plurry TLA's!
