RE: [wg-review] Clarifications requested

Where is our Chair by the way? (I notice email is not being delivered).
What is happening about debating and answering the NC questionnaire, if
anything?
Do we need a schedule for this WG?
Who is doing proposals as per YJ and what form do they take?
Does the questionnaire have to be completed by Monday, or is the proposed
completion date now February 2Oth?
Which of the proposed candidates for Co-Chair has a firm plan to put some
order is put into these proceedings?
Is this the way all WGs work (set an agenda, set another agenda, argue over
what the agenda is, completely ignore the agenda) ?

Absent the reply from YJ, I'm satisfied with Phil's and Milton's answer.
(I know, keeping up with the mail is a pain, but you *should* have run for
Chair, Milton)

All NC members present can participate in all votes.
