[wg-review] Center of Interest Sites

I apologise having to leave very early this morning to go to the ISOC 
meeting in the Alps (on ICANN etc..) , I cannot complete all the 
refurbishment of the Center of Interest sites ( http://indh.org , 
http://stld.og , http://byconsensus.org , http://dndef.org ). Please review 
all the bugs and let me know what to change before I release them to those 
of you who have asked to Chair them.

It will still be necessary to make an announce on the GA list when this 
WG-Review closes to make them open to all. Please let me know the URL of 
your position pages. And comments. We should now motion that these sites 
are moved in the DNSO/GA site and appropriate sub-DNSO/GA/Mailing List to 
be created.

Thanks to all those who contributed. I will finish the sites after your 
remarks and URLs this WE.

NB. The generation of the sites is automated. If a certain uniformity is 
desired, I can keep the secretariat for a few weeks if the load is not to 
heavy. But I would like them to be transfered afterward.
