Would you prefer that I have secret criteria?

I was elected on a platform of open, transparent, and accountable
processes.  If you object to the fact that I'm willing to disclose my
criteria, then you can simply not listen.

No problem:  The DNSO is to produce well reasoned policy decisions based
based on fair and objective processes that permit all interested parties
to participate on an equal basis.
