[wg-review] 11.[IDNH] Working site

T all.
I am sorry, some technical problems have delayed the promised
http://indh.org. It is now on line.

I will try to keep it updated with the consensual responses we may obtain
to the questions listed here by GA Interested Members and other specialized
mailing lists and fora. I hope that Joanna, Chris, Joop, Greg, Ken, YJ,
Karl, etc ... and many many other will help keeping that site with some
consensual elements permitting to address in time the questions of the Task
Force.

Attention: this site is a DNSO "of the future" site, i.e. a pure consulting
oriented action for best decision by the BoD. Defenses of interests belongs
to the @large which will be covered by the @large study. We do not vote
motions here. We will cover subjects to the advantage of decision makers,
our only consensus being not to have forgotten to report and document *all*
our contradictions.

This site and its list should remain as part of the DNSO/GA as DNSO/GA/IDNH.

I suppose it will liaise with other orgniasations interested in @large and
in relations with augmented.root TLDs for the protection of the interest of
the individual domain name owners. For the clarity of the handled subjects
I proose to use

- individual domain name holders for the DNSO related issues - holding a
domain name being much neutral/technical.
- individual domain name owners for @large related issues - definding the
interests of ownership

As Karl Auerbach put it: this is not to be a club, a constituency, or
anything similar but a group of permanent or occasional interests within
the GA: every GA member interested in contributing on specialized TLDs
matters may freely participate in. The target is not to vote motions, but
to work out technical reviews covering the largest number of non
conflicting point of views to the benefit of decision makers.

Every help with site management, secretariat, funding, etc... more than
welcome.
I hope this will help many of us and many of the 1.000.000 hosts and of the
3.500.000 of Internet users reported today.

Jefsey
