Sorry, you are totally incorrect.  In fact, many of the non-profits in
the NCC have paid (as Milton mentioned, we have collected $4000).

Sorry.  First of all, Ken didn't write "well-funded".  And second, in
fact many educational institutions and non-porofit organizations are
extremely well-funded.
