perhaps my "American Slang Expression" about "pay to play" conveyed the
wrong impression.

American Politics is also a game people "Play". The election of an American
president costs 100's of millions of dollars.

Name holders "pay to play"

as for WIPO- I agree, they should "pay to play", as should every other
vested interest that profits from use of the Internet.

Mr. deBlanc,

As has already been pointed out by myself and others, Name Holders ARE the
ones providing the FUNDS!  Name Holders are the ones buying
DOMAINS!  I think that constituency has already paid its fair share.  What
about WIPO and certain others?

I believe the issue of representation is a little more serious than a game
people "play".
