During 1990's, I have been actively involved in several civil society
activities, including establishment of KSDN - Korea Sustainable 
Delvelopment Network - funded by UN Development Programme.
In 1999, I was elected as a director of PeaceNet. PeaceNet is an NGO 
, which is aiming at providing Internet related knowledges and resources 
to small NGOs in Korea. Over 40 web sites have been created, supported 
and hosted by PeaceNet up till now.
