Re: [wg-e] revised draft report of Committee E

(originally sent 28/9 ; re-sent, due to non-appearance on the list)

Dear WG-e,

Your draft makes mention of the diverse lists and of "the constituencies"
as a target, but omits the 200 or so individuals on the IDNO discuss and
announce lists.

Especially in your summing up of the constituencies there should be a
special place for those who have expended great personal sacrifice
*petitioning* ICANN for admission into the representational structure, but
so far denied.

By not mentioning the IDNO the draft report appears to condone the
non-admission into the DNSO of these highly committed individuals as a
foregone conclusion.

The first recommendation for outreach for this forgotten group would be to
ask for immediate inclusion of the IDNO constituency formation effort on
the DNSO webpages.
This has been repeatedly requested, but thus far it has been ignored.
