i really hope y'all will be in santiago to clarify this nc vs. ga stuff.
clearly there are either vastly differing copies of the bylaws floating
around, there is one set and it is horribly written, or something really
odd is going on.  i will try to get the time to read some set or another
of them by the time i get to santiago.  i suspect that, instead of
throwing inflamatory and non-constructive language at eachother, y'all
might read them too.
