[wg-c] firms that provide services for new TLDs

I am working with non-profit organizations on various proposals for new
TLDs.  Most of these groups are not interested in running a registry,
but in making policy, and would be looking for firms that would provide
the actual operatiion of the TLD.  I am trying to put together a list of
businesses that would provide services of this type, for non-profits
that are interested in this, and welcome any suggestions.
