Thanks, John. That was very helpful.

So now I understand one version of N/Y/x, where the "No" on #1 is based on
support for 6-10 purely open gTLDs, on the belief that mixing in chartered
TLDs will bog us down and delay everything too long. I can understand that
point of view (though I disagree that the chartered issue can't be handled
expeditiously).

Is that the only basis for voting N/Y/x? Anything else?
