His paper was way out of line.  The goal of this workgroup was to establish a
policy on the creation of new TLDs, not to dictate what those TLDs would be. 
He wanted a result, as long as that result included an expressed agreement that
HIS proposed TLD would be introduced.  It was certainly the most selfish
position I have seen presented by any member of this workgroup, including those
who are here to oppose the creation of any new TLD.

At least they are pretty plain about their position.  I prefer their honest
efforts to block, than to deal with someone whose agenda includes labeling
people who disagree with him as racists.
