The SRS pertains to multiple registrars for a registry, not multiple 
managers for a registry.  The SRS is not relevant to the question of 
multiple points of control for a registry.

and they nicely demonstrate either the problems cited in the IAB document 
or that the alternative efforts are, in fact, another example of central 
control.
