[wg-c] reposted for Brian Carpenter



	I just got this from Brian Carpenter, and I'm reposting it, but I really
would like this to be the last message posted in this set of threads.  As
Dave, Karl, Harald and Harold explained, we've mined this topic of all its
relevance to WG-C.
