Re: [wg-b] Submission from noncommercial community



Bravo to the NCDNH Subcommittee on Working Group B!

Here is a proposal I wholeheartedly support.  It looks at the big picture,
the long term, and the international coordination of related issues and
proposes a realistic solution for the holders of famous marks, who, could
they be identified, represent a very small percentage of the domain name
community.
