Interesting reading.

Both marks ("X-Files" and "20th Century Fox") are certainly not among the 
100 (or probably 1000) most famous marks in the world. But they have a 
certain distinction.

FYI, "XFiles" is also the name of a cross indexing product from Aldabra, 
UK; http://www.aldabra.colm/ald7uk.html according to Google.

It was harder than usual to find a non-infringing use of the term - took me 
more than a minute :-)
