Re: [wg-b] An idea?

It's certainly a good idea to discuss a predictable procedure, instead of
nebulous things like "variations", which could be anything.

A "fast" UDRP puts a burden on the domain name registrant to establish some
hard evidence of intended use mighty fast, though.

Some of the disputes that are coming up are the result of someone registering
a domain name in connection with future plans, and being pounced on before
they've had a chance to do anything with the domain name, good or bad.

So, I have a buddy who sells camels, and I go ahead and register camel.foo.
Within 24 hours, RJ Reynolds is filing a modified UDRP proceeding on the
basis of their Camel mark for cigarettes. What result under this proposal?
