RE: [wg-b] Straw Vote Results



By being a UN-chartered organization of experts and by conducting a
year-long anaylsis of the issue, I think the WIPO report has created a
prima facie case of being the best approach.   I think that prima facie
case will have to be rebutted with something better than "I am against it."

I'm not saying it's critique-proof (I've made criticisms of some its
proposals on this list), I'm just saying that if we vote not to adopt its
proposals, the onus is on us to explain.
