    ATLANTA, April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Iperdome, Inc., the company offering
Personal Domain Name services under the .per(SM) name and Top Level Domain
(TLD), has formed the Personal Domain Name Holders Association
(http://www.pdnha.org ), a new organization designed to give individuals a voice 
in the legislative branch of ICANN.  Specifically, the PDNHA will continue the
fight for fair and open processes, the protection of minority interests, and
most importantly, the protection of civil liberties.
