Re: Amendments to Paris Draft

Andrew and all,

  As we (INEGroup) have posted proposed amendments to the once called
"Merged Joint Draft" and did not even get considered, why would anyone consider

reasonably that any other proposed amendments to the "Paris Draft" would
receive any from your or your organization?
