what was/is the reason for having individuals not been ablle to join the 
dnso as members ?

there must be some kind of reason/explanation why this is not
accepted/constructed into the draft..

 
i can understand that this would be not easy to construct..  

a "constituency" of individuals who are interested in dns isue..
 
but some how we are all individuals interested in dns isues.. :-)
