  Why is the (proposals@dnso.org) not documented on the
http://www.dnso.org/docs/mailinglists.html?

  The DNSO.ORG proposal currently has very LITTLE support at this time.

  How do you plan to determine this verification?  Will there be a forman VOTE?
If not why not?
