  Couldn't agree with you more on this particular argument.  The problem is, though
that the ICANN "Initial" and Interim Board thus far has decided to do things in
a manner that is less than OPEN and Transparent, hasn't it?  Now, this
being the case, unless and until this reluctance towards openness and transparency
on the part of the ICANN "Initial" and Interim Board, any decisions determined
will be "Legal Bait".
