VERY glad to see the section on ACCURACY.

In times past, it was unheard of to have wildly inaccurate whois data. Now
it is a real problem, and one that needs to be addressed.

I share the concern, however, over the 15-day proposed limit. If I am sent
a challenge concerning the accuracy of data for one of my domains where I
am the only contact, and if I have just gone on holiday for two weeks, and
if I come back exhausted and don't read my email for a day or two.... then
I might have a disaster on my hands. That's without even considering slow
communications in some parts of the world.

VERY glad to see the section on BULK WHOIS ACCESS.

I can see little purpose to the continuation of bulk access. It IS a
disincentive to accurate data.

Here in Europe the legislation on DATA PROTECTION, which covers all
personal information (broadly anything which identifies a living
individual), prohibits export of such data to anywhere which does not have
similar legislative protection of personal data without direct consent.

While I would be happy for the data linking myself to various .uk domains
to be available for standard whois queries, I do NOT want it available for
any bulk purpose outside research.
