To whom it may concern,

I saw your post on an email list.  I am not sure what a Top Level domain for 
Native Peoples is.  Or what GTLD is.  Nor do I understand how it will help 
Indian peoples.  Could you explain what they are, what they will do, and how 
they help Indians?

I want to support all things that help Indians, but I want to know what I am 
supporting.  I will appreciate any help that you can give me.
