[comments-gtlds] I support Position Paper E

As civilization moves forward into a new age of technology, the lack of
presence of any Peoples or organization will be tantamount to extinction.
Since the development and furtherance of any People is tied irrevocably to
advancing technologies, the recognition of Indigenous Peoples and Sovereign
Nations must be accounted in any changes of those technologies.

As the First Nations still and will exist into the millennia, they should
rightly be recognized with appropriate Top Level Domains. Given the
factuality of their sovereignty, they must be granted the same courtesies
and visibilities as any other nations. To do otherwise would be duplicitous
and lean towards the political exclusion of entire races.
