What about people that prepared business plans
in response to Jon Postel's discussions in late
1995 and early 1996 ?
What about the people that prepared business plans
in response to the ISOC Board's resolution in 1996 ?
What about people that prepared business plans
in response to the IAHC claims and their franchising
operation that collected hundreds of thousands of
dollars ?
What about people who set eDNS aside and prepared
business plans after being told that the U.S. Government
would solve all of the disputes in a couple of months...?
(that was the summer of 1997)
What about people who prepared business plans based
on the IFWP process that was eventually derailed by
Jon Postel and the ITAG in 1998...?
Do you really expect anyone to prepare a business plan
at this point in time ?
