[announce] ccTLD Constituency


22 June 1999.
The ccTLD Constituency will start its election process within 
the next weeks.  Until such time the ccTLD Constituency has 
nominated its three representatives to the initial Names Council. 
The names are, in alphabetical order:
    Fay Howard
    Nii Quaynor
    Bill Semich
