WHOIS INTERIM REPORT OPEN FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

Submitted by the co-chairs  Marilyn Cade and Antonio Harris,
on behalf of the Names Council WHOIS Task Force

The Interim report is open for public comment from:
OCTOBER 15 to NOVEMBER 8, 2002,  for THREE WEEKS.

The report is an effort to incorporate/summarize input from Task Force
members and the community.
