[announce] Names Council teleconference 11/06/1999, results

The first Names Council teleconference meeting was held on 
June 11, 1999, 12:00-13:30 (East Coast), 18:00-19:30 (European CET).

According to the agenda, the meeting did not deal with any
policy issues.
