1. SMALL organization (one vote)

   SMALL ORGANIZATION BALLOT
   This email contains the ballot for
   both the Adcom election and the ratification
   of resolutions passed at face to face meetings.
   
   VOTE FOR ADCOM AND NAMES COUNCIL
   Place an "X" in the box next to the candidate you
   prefer. You can vote for only ONE candidate. Do
   not vote for more than one candidate or it will
   invalidate your vote.
   

2. LARGE organization Member (two votes)

   LARGE ORGANIZATION BALLOT
   This email contains the ballot for
   both the Adcom election and the ratification

   gets two votes to distribute among the following
