(*) On 26 June 2002 Peter de Blanc passed away, cf. http://www.dnso.org/inmemoriam.

(**) On 29 Oct 2002 in Shanghai the ccTLD withdrew from the Names Council, cf. 20021029.ccTLDshanghai-communique.html. By coincidence it fell on the exact date of the end of office term of Elisabeth Porteneuve and Oscar Alejandro Robles Garay. The ccTLD registries are in the process of formation of the ccNSO (Supporting Organization).
