  1. Intellectual property attorney and section head of the E-commerce law department of John & Kernick, the Intellectual Property Law Office of Bowman Gilfillan Inc. The e-commerce law department deals with a number of Internet related issues, but has specific expertise in domain name administration, management, escrow and litigation. In this regard I was the first South African based attorney to make successful use of the ICANN UDRP.
