RE: [registrars] Can we have an announcement list?

Jim et al,

I would suspect every annoucement that I need to get would end up being
posted on both this list, and any new one.

The last thing I want is another list to monitor (even if it is announce
only).

I am not sure what the intent of the new list is.

If it is so you do not need to monitor the Registrars list, then logging
into a website hopefully would suffice for you.

If it is to make our proceedings more public, I would remind everyone that
our current list is open and available for anyone to read.

I know the Registrars list sometimes gets a little busy with active debate,
but the solution is not another list we all have to keep track of.

Rob.

It would be better if the announcements came to us, rather than us
having
to check the web site daily. I can host the list of that's the issue...
