Dear Colleagues,

I would like to nominate Rick Wesson for another term as Constituency CTO.

Rick has done a tremendous job informing the constituency of technical issues and being a liaison to technical bodies.  Rick also adds general continuity from the last ExCom to the next.

I hope that Rick would continue to generously give of his time and consider running again for CTO.
