The Governmental
Advisory Committee, sans the ITU, has recommended to the ICANN Board that it "support and implement the GNSO Task Force's recommendations [on
inter-registrar transfers], without amendment." Good news. It means that the
Board will likely approve the GNSO's work at the
Board's meeting on Friday.

The last steps now is for the board to approve and
the staff to implement. Hopefully the board approves so that the staff can
implement ;)
