agreed, but your previous message (i thought) suggested that it could only be a bulk whois issue.  This is at least as likely to be a public whois issue

As Bruce Tonkin stated in Rio there is a difference between legitimate
access to the Bulk Whois per the contract terms incorporated into our
registrar accreditation agreement, and improper access via data mining.
Whether this data mining occurs at the registrar or registry level does not
alter my original question.

In fact the Palage family has numerous mail and email correspondence with
similar questionable advertising solicitations from domain names registered
in thin registries.
