Isn't it possible that this spammer botted the registry's whois since .biz is a "thick" registry?

Hello All:

Putting on my investigator hat for a minute. Out of the registrars and their
customers that received this unsolicited bulk email, do any of the
registrars provide their bulk Whois to third parties. My strong belief is
that the answer is no. However, I hate to assume.

I am sure that most of you will agree that the probable source of this
unsolicited bulk email solicitation is from someone that improperly mined
the whois data.
