I was referring to the Registry-Registrar Agreement, but you are right in
regards to the registration agreement with our registrants.

Aaah - but the RRA is in YOUR control isnt it ....... And therefore the
RRA can definetly cover a clause with respect to the fact that as a
losing registrar your responsibility is to notify the registrant of a
pending trfer request and failing any NACK, the request would be
auto-ACKED
