The motion would affect any representative of any registrar that has
possession of or access to Proprietary Information or Registry Sensitive
Information as defined in the various ICANN-gTLD contracts. I believe
that these definitions are concise, useful and uniform for our purposes.
If they lack uniformity, it should be a simple matter to choose one of
the more comprehensive ones.

It is my strongest position that we must move with intention and clarity
towards this goal of preserving the integrity and credibility of the
constituency and its positions.
