Thanks for posting the update to the list.

One clarification.

The WHOIS task force recommendations will be voted on in January after
further public comment and analysis to tighten up the wording.  The Transfer
task force recommendations were accepted.

The reports on WHOIS and Transfers are scheduled to be adopted in February
after the inclusion of the implementation analyses.  This will then allow a
30 day period for the ICANN Board to consider in the lead up to the ICANN
Board meeting in Rio De Janeiro.  Assuming the ICANN Board accepts the final
recommendations the new policies will become enforceable under the registrar
accreditation agreement.
