It would probably be useful to have an additionnal requirement within
the proposed 30-days : a domain being redeemed by the deleting registrar
must be assigned to the last registrant. In all other cases the domain
should become available to any registrar.
This to try to limit those who make business on reselling in bad faith
abandonned domain names.
