VI is planning to send representatives.

NB It may interest those planning to go that there is now available - at
least in the UK - an anti-malarial drug called Malarone
(atorvaquone/proguanil) which need only be taken from two days before the
trip until seven days afterwards, a considerable improvement on the standard
drug here which needs to taken 3 weeks before to 4 weeks after.
