Startup schedule.

There will no longer be two queues in the Startup period.  There will now be
only one queue, ending at 23:59 UTC on Friday, Sep 21, 2001.  Sunrise names
will now resolve at 00:00 UTC Sep 22, 2001.

Queue 1 close modified to 23:59 UTC Sep 21, 2001 (from Sep 18, 2001)
Queue 1 Funds Deadline modified to 15:00 UTC Sep 21, 2001 (from Sep 18,
2001)
Registry Shutdown modified to 00:00 UTC Sep 22, 2001 (from Sep 19, 2001)
Sunrise Names resolve modified to 00:00 UTC Sep 22, 2001 (from Sep 19,
2001).

The WHOIS service will remain operational during the entire period of the
Registry Shutdown, starting from 00:00 UTC Sep 22, 2001.

Queue 1 Results, Queue 1 WHOIS and Queue 1 Name resolution are expected to
happen about 00:00 UTC, Sep 27, 2001.

The Registry will remain shut down from 00:00 UTC Sep 22, 2001 to 13:59 UTC
Oct 1, 2001.

The Registry will open for Real-time .INFO registrations at 14:00 UTC
Monday, Oct 1, 2001.
