[registrars] Working together .....

Dear all,

As usual I will be attending and participating in the Registrar's
Constituency meeting.

If I am elected to the ICANN Board, I would still like to be able to
attend the Registrar Constituency meetings but if there are situations
where you don't want me to attend as an ICANN Director, to discuss
issues in private, just let me know and I will be willing to leave.  I
am very keen to ensure Registrar issues and concerns are heard at Board
level.

With your support I would like us _together_ to be able to build ICANN
into a truly representative organisation and one that will ensure the
on-going stability of the internet.

I am confident we will be able to meet during the meetings but FYI, I
will be staying at the Holiday Inn in Montevideo.
