RE: [registrars] Verisign sends letter to ICANN - Transfer issues


Michael,

Perhaps prior to you drafting the registrars position letter, the 
consistency should discuss (ideally on this list or a teleconference call) 
exactly what our position is.

It seems to me that Verisign and Register.com are working to a solution and 
have each communicated their individual (albeit similar) solutions.

I am curious as to what the rest of the constituency feel about these 
proposals and would encourage other registrars to speak up with their views 
so we can formulate our response.
