I apologize for my US Eastern Daylight Savings Time zone bias/oversight. The
1PM start date for the teleconference tomorrow is US Eastern Daylight
Savings time (New York time).

There is a lot of material that needs to be covered, so please refer to the
agenda that was circulate yesterday and the draft amended by-laws that were
circulated last week.
