I think I'd have emphasized that they need us as much as we need 
them.  Verisign, Register.com and Tucows provide the bulk of ICANN's DNSO 
income, only Verisign is happy with the proposed arrangement.

How would ICANN deal with a boycott or "sit down strike" by accredited 
registrars?
